Abu Dhabi Grand Slam – Results in the brown belt



The Carioca 1 Arena hosted the second day of Abu Dhabi Grand Slam competitions and today it was the turn of the brown belts and black belts of all ages and weights to take action. The BJJForum brings a summary of everything that rolled between the brown bands:

Up to 56 kg

Carlos Silva (GFTEAM) beat Oziel Carvalho (Gracie Barra) 2-0 and got the gold.

Up to 62 kg

Gabriel Sousa (ZR Team) defeated Jonata Gomes (Checkmat) by 4-0 in the advantages and was champion in the category up to 62 kg

Up to 69 kg

Murilo Amaral (Alliance) beat Marlus de Souza (SAS Team) 4-2 and got gold in the category up to 69 kg

Up to 77kg

Eduardo Tinoco (Almeida Jiu-Jitsu) beat team-mate Leonardo Lara by finishing and secured gold.

Up to 85 kg

Marcus Petcho (Barbosa) beat Rafael Paganini (Alliance) 2-0 and won gold in the 85kg category.

Up to 94 kg

Fellipe Andrew (Zenith) defeated Fábio Alano (Alliance) 2-0 and won gold in the category up to 94kg.

Up to 110 kg

Kaynan Duarte (Atos) defeated Leonardo Andrade (Gracie Barra) 2-0 and got the gold.
