Shakespeare Martineau underwent an accelerated delivery of the platforms and were able to go live with a pilot launch in six weeks. Peppermint’s CRM solution is preconfigured for law firms, which was a key enabler in getting the firm up and running on the platform quickly, without extensive development or customisation.
The Introhive AI piece has also supercharged Shakespeare Martineau’s business development efforts. Working together synchronously, the solutions mean the firm’s data is always up to date, while providing a holistic view of clients so the team can make proactive business development and marketing decisions.
